Airbag label inspection
Don’t mix up the right and the left seat!

The challenge
As car seats are handled in couples it is important that each seat is covered with the right cover so the airbag label is always on the outer side of the seat. The challenge is that the left and right cover are not interchanged by accident.

The solution
With a vision system with 2 cameras it is possible to detect the presence of the airbag label on the outside of the seats to make sure that they are manufactured correctly.
